We just had a couple of enhancements done in our home. Our contractor, Brad was incredibly courteous, prompt, and the work that he performed was outstanding. Pricing was also very reasonable. I don't have before pics of the fireplace, but he fixed what was a lapse in judgment by the original builder. Previously, the fire box was elevated off the floor, then there was stone tile that came down the wall below the firebox, then the hearth spilled out onto the floor, also in stone tile. He raised the hearth up to be at the level of the fire box and that allowed us to have a place to display some sculpture, and also affords a place to sit in front of the fire. It also makes the fireplace look more substantial in the room. If you are looking to make some changes and you're looking for someone, Brad is the way to go.
The second project was to enclose the soffit where our movie screen drops down. Previously that was wide open on the bottom, and now it finally looks finished.

Brad Gee and his son Bronson did home improvements for us in October of 2017. We are so very pleased with their work ethic, knowledge and workmanship. They always arrived before or at 9 a.m. and put in a full work day. They always left their work areas clean. They worked diligently and effectively. Brad offered good advice and direction in regards to grout color and any other questions we had. They worked in our kitchen, bathrooms, and hung new doors and millwork throughout our home. They did an excellent job and our home looks beautiful. As for cost, my husband and I felt they were in the middle as to what is being charged. We felt the cost was fair. We would recommend Gee Remodeling and Construction to others.
